Cancellation policy

A 48 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Group reservations cannot be cancelled. MontrealStays Spa must be notified of a cancellation by email, without exception. If the client does not respect this condition, he will automatically pay charges equal to the cost of the treatment reserved. Please be ready 15 minutes before the treatment starts.
